AmTrust International, Strengthens UK and European Presence
With effect from 1st July 2010, IGI will change its legal entity name to AmTrust Europe Ltd.
IGI's parent company, AmTrust International is continuing to further develop its presence and underwriting capacity in the UK and European market. Part of this strategy is to unify and consolidate its Eurocentric business under one operation, to be called AmTrust Europe Limited.
This is a positive move for AutoProtect, because IGI have gone from strength-to-strength and this name change will build on this success.
This change does not affect the cover and terms of any existing IGI policies that have been issued.
AmTrust Europe Limited is authorised and registered by the Financial Services Authority. Reg: 1229676.
