‘Which?’ Report Proves Motor Codes' Approach is Working.

Chris Mason, Director of Motor Codes Ltd, commented recently on an independent consumer report published by ‘Which?’ claiming that out of 62 garages investigated, 9 in 10 missed at least one fault introduced by the magazine.

“While the research by ‘Which?’ highlighted that overall, Motor Codes subscribers performed better than non-Code subscribed garages by almost 20%, Motor Codes has made it clear that a sample of 62 garages, 17 of which were Motor Codes businesses is unrepresentative, plus doesn't begin to compare with 4,000 customer responses to the Code Survey that has a 93% satisfaction rate.”

Chris added: "Motor Codes is encouraged that after just two years of operation it is having such a dramatic impact in what is a long-term process of gradual change and improvement. We acknowledge that there's still a way to go to ensure lasting improvements are made, but this independent research proves that our approach is working."

Motor Codes took part in a range of regional and national broadcast media interviews, including BBC London
Drivetime and BBC Radio 5 Live, to increase awareness of its approach concerning the report’s findings.
